Bi-Weekly Progress Meetings
The dynamic nature of the business and the importance of flexibility are why we conduct our bi-weekly progress meetings using Google Meet. Here's what you need to know:
Invitations | You will receive a calendar invite for each bi-weekly meeting, which includes the Google Meet link. To join the meeting, simply click on the link at the scheduled time.
Preparation | To make the most of our meetings, we encourage you to prepare any questions or topics you would like to talk about beforehand. You can also upload any relevant documents to our shared Google Drive folder before the meeting for you to look over.
Recording | If needed, we can record the meetings for future reference or for team members who cannot attend. The recordings will be shared via Google Drive.
